Anti-yellowing PC Pellets

Anti-yellowing PC Pellets are a modified polycarbonate grade engineered to resist discoloration and yellowing over service time. Polycarbonate has a natural tendency to yellow under heat, UV and aging, and that shift is especially visible on white, light-colored or translucent parts, where a move toward cream or amber immediately ruins the appearance of a product positioned as clean or premium. The problem begins as early as processing: the heat of the molding cycle itself can push the unfilled resin toward yellow before the part even leaves the factory. This grade uses anti-yellowing stabilizers and controlled pigmentation to hold color neutrality, keeping white shades clean and transparent grades clear. The goal is color stability both during molding, where the formulation resists processing heat, and throughout the part's operating life, where it counters aging-related yellowing. It is chosen whenever appearance consistency is the main reason for selecting PC over cheaper alternatives. On white and light housings, even a small drift toward cream is immediately visible, which is why controlling both processing heat and long-term aging matters.
