For over two decades, our factory has refined the modification process to produce a highly purified Transparent PC that rivals the optical clarity of glass while offering over 250 times its impact strength. We carefully screen our raw materials and employ enclosed positive-pressure clean compounding lines to prevent any particulate contamination, ensuring that our Transparent PC achieves a light transmittance of over 89% with virtually zero haze. This structural grade is trusted by protective gear manufacturers, high-voltage switchgear producers, and automotive components suppliers who require crystal-clear visibility combined with extreme shatter resistance.

Our customized Transparent PC is enhanced with a tailored heat stabilizer package, raising its continuous service temperature up to 125°C. This prevents the clouding or mechanical degradation that typically occurs when polycarbonate is subjected to elevated temperatures inside sealed electrical enclosures or under direct sunlight. Furthermore, its excellent dimensional stability ensures that molded parts maintain their precise tolerances, making it highly reliable for precision optical lenses, water meter housings, and industrial viewing ports.
