Chemical Resistant PC Pellets address the weakness that plain PC is best known for: environmental stress cracking. Standard polycarbonate is strong and tough, but when a molded part is held under assembly stress and touched by solvents, oils, alcohol-based cleaners or industrial greases, cracks can initiate and spread even without a heavy impact. This is why ordinary PC housings sometimes develop hairline cracks around screw bosses and snap fits after months of contact with maintenance sprays, kitchen grease or battery-area fluids. The chemical-resistant grade is reformulated to raise the threshold against this kind of attack, combining a modified resin system with toughening so that contact with common chemicals is tolerated better while the part keeps its impact strength, heat resistance and dimensional stability. Cracking tends to start at the highest-stress features - screw bosses, snap-fit hooks, threaded inserts and tight press fits - which is exactly where a housing should stay intact. The material is built for parts that live around fluids - equipment covers, battery peripherals and kitchen appliances where spills and cleaning are routine rather than rare events.

On the production side, we treat the chemical-resistant formulation as something developed against your actual exposure list rather than a generic stock. Our R&D team tunes the ESC resistance to the specific fluids your part meets - grease, solvents or cleaning agents - and develops the compound to your drawings or prototypes, because the right balance depends on the stress the assembly imposes. Samples up to 5KG are free so that you can test the material against your own chemicals before committing to a run; the sample is made to the same standard as mass production. We also accept third-party inspections, which lets your chemical or stress-cracking verification be carried out independently. The grade can be combined with flame retardancy where the housing also carries an electrical-safety requirement.

Chemical processing equipment covers. Equipment housings near processes that use solvents or oils see routine chemical contact; ESC-resistant PC reduces stress-cracking around bosses and snap fits.

Battery and energy-storage peripherals. Parts around battery areas may contact fluids and cleaners; improved chemical tolerance protects housings that also need impact and flame performance.

Kitchen and small-appliance parts exposed to grease. Coffee-machine and cooker parts face steam, grease and detergent; the grade resists the greases and cleaners that would otherwise craze ordinary PC.

Export packing follows your requirements and our mutual agreement. We support EXW (buyer collects from the factory), FOB (the factory arranges transport to the port and handles export clearance), and DDP (delivered duty paid to your warehouse).
